Posted on October 8, 2026 - Active Aging Week, celebrated October 5–11, 2026, is an opportunity to celebrate the many ways older adults can continue to move, connect, learn, contribute and live with purpose. Organized by the International Council on Active Aging, the annual observance challenges outdated ideas about aging and highlights the possibilities that come with every stage of life.
